Required attributes include:
· Specific subject matter expertise in a relevant sector (min. 8 years)
· Experience in international donor funded projects or CSR projects in Indonesia
· Master's degree or PhD an advantage
· Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
· Strong personal ethics and integrity
