Creating Wealth -- Both Business and Personal

Here are some questions for your to consider:

What are the problems in our market that we solve?

What solutions do we provide that people crave and have an appetite for?

If you have to have a hungry crowd - do your solutions match their desires/requirements?

Do we solve very specific problems for a very specific group of people?

What is the problem and what is your ultimate solution?

Some tips for organisations seeking to improve their profit position:

KEY EXERCISE :

What problems are we Currently solving for people (big or small, many problems or few problems)
